How are container spare parts packed?
Small hardware packed in cartons; large accessories packed in wooden pallets or plywood cases to avoid damage during transit.
Are installation instructions provided?
Standard installation drawings can be offered upon request. Professional installation guidance is available for bulk buyers.
Can your gaskets fit both new and old containers?
Standard size gaskets fit most stock ISO containers. If your container has non-standard groove, please provide cross-section sample or drawing for matching.
Do you supply refrigerated container spare parts?
Yes. We supply reefer door gaskets, reefer hinges, sealing components, brackets etc..
What key container parts require regular inspection and maintenance?
To keep a container in top condition, focus on these high-wear areas:
Door Assemblies: Worn gaskets (allowing water ingress), rusted hinges, and bent locking rods compromising security are common issues.
Flooring: Look for warped or rotting plywood, loose bolts, and corrosion in the steel subfloor.
Corner Castings: Damage here is critical. Look for cracks or deformations from improper handling, and corrosion that could affect twist lock engagement.
Lashing Equipment: All lashing gear like twist locks, turnbuckles, and lashing rods must be checked for cracks, deformations, and corrosion. Any damaged equipment must be immediately tagged and replaced.
